At ABAmatch we strive to provide services from the moment developmental delays can be observed through young adulthood.
By choosing a year’s subscription you have chosen the most economical plan we offer. In the world of ABA things can change quickly, having a year’s coverage ensures you access to providers at a moment’s notice. However, if you don’t anticipate needing a longer subscription, we offer monthly subscriptions for your convenience.
ABAmatch follows a fee for service model. Our role is helping to match families with qualified providers to fill their ABA needs. However, some providers may participate with insurance.

ABAmatch software enables families and providers to create unique profiles that summarize their specific needs. We use these profiles to provide the best match between parents and providers
Here are the definitions of the provider types currently listed by ABAMatch:
- Program Coordinator
- A Program Coordinator develops and oversees individualized ABA programs. They are also responsible for evaluating data and making modifications in programming based on findings.
- Home Instructor
- A Home Instructor runs programs, collects and records data as per program specifications within the home setting.
- Inclusion Specialist
- An Inclusion Specialist provides academic, social and/or behavioral support in an inclusion setting.
- Speech and Language Pathologist
- A Speech and Language Pathologist is a licensed professional who provides speech therapy with groups or individuals. SLPs signing up on ABAmatch should be experienced in using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Social Skills Instructor
- A Social Skills Instructor supports students with social needs at home and in the community. This individual should be experienced with developing and implementing appropriate social skills goals. These goals can be met either individually or in a social skills group setting.
- Communication Specialist
- A Communication Specialist has experience and specializes in working with students with challenges in the communication domain, e.g., use of augmentative devices, PEC training, prompt training. This person does not necessarily have to be a SLP but should be well versed in strategies to facilitate non-verbal methods of communication.
- Community Based Instructor
- A Community Based Instructor provides support in the community for academic,employment, behavioral and/or social needs.
- Behavior Specialist
- A Behavior Specialist has experience and specializes in supporting students with behavioral challenges. This individual should have experience in Functional Based Assessments and Functional Analysis of problem behavior.
- Ocupational Therapist
- An Occupational Therapist is a licensed professional who provides therapy to improve fine motor skills that will enable individuals to participate and perform activities of everyday life. OT's signing up on ABAmatch should be experienced in using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Physical Therapist
- A Physical Therapist is a licensed professional who provides therapy to improve gross motor skills that will enable individuals to participate and perform activities of everyday life. PT's signing up on ABAmatch should be experienced in using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Providers with varying degrees of experience and training will be available for you to select according to your needs.
To find a BCBA, select the provider according to the role you need them to fill in your program (e.g., Program Coordination, Home Instruction, Inclusion etc.). Next you will complete the rest of the selection process according to the age of your child, desired time slots, and location. Your search will furnish all the individuals that match your criteria. There you can select the provider with the level of experience or training you need from the matches you receive from your matches.
Parents signing up will pay a one-time annual enrollment fee of $50. This allows you unlimited access to our data-base of providers for an entire year.
Providers have the option of selecting between a one month subscription ($17 a month +$10 background check fee), a six month subscription ($14 a month for six months + $10 background check fee) or a one year subscription ($12.50 a month for 12 months + $10 background check).

At ABAmatch we are committed to helping families find the most qualified providers for all of their ABA needs. Our goal is to expand to include services beyond the scope listed (i.e., hairdressers, dentists, pediatricians, babysitters) that have the training, experience, and desire to make their interactions with our families a positive and enriching learning experience.

At ABAmatch all users are provided the opportunity to create a unique username upon signing up. This is the only information that can be seen by providers or other parents on the site until you decide you are ready to select a match. Parents, care-givers and providers wishing to remain anonymous should choose names that do not divulge any information about themselves (e.g., Use of actual names or locations in your username can inadvertently reveal your identity).
Rating other users encompasses part of the valuable data we will collect to keep the quality of all ABAmatch subscribers top notch.
Once ABAmatch has established that a working relationship has started between subscribers, we will send you an email with a link that will give you an opportunity to tell others about your experience.
