What is Applied Behavior Analysis or 'ABA'?
Applied Behavior Analysis is a science that studies behavior. ABA applies the science of behavior to learning by targeting deficits in observable and measurable ways in order to effect change. ABA is the most researched and successful intervention for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
ABA assesses the function of aberrant behavior in order to develop a socially acceptable alternative behavior.
